Please read the following instructions and download the application below. In order to turn in applications, please have the following:

1. Each person living at the property must fill out an application and sign a lease.

2. Applications should include the top four choices, in order of priority,
with the unit number(s) listed.

3. Each groups choices must be the same, and in the same order.

4. We will not accept incomplete applications. No exceptions!!

5. Only one person is required to turn in the group’s applications, as long as the above criteria are met.

6. When turning in applications, you will be asked to designate a specific
“contact person” with phone number so we can let you know the status
of the application

8. Applications will be filed by building first and then by contacts’ last name. It is important that everyone in your group be familiar with who your contact person is.
